- The eye-strap method of attaching the lifter's arm and riser to the rail creates a highly adjustable product that can be angled to suit your header or crop type
- Triple S HighLift is an all-metal lifter for tall, heavy crops; recommended for auger headers; generally leaves 75-100 mm (3-4 inch) stubble
- Triple S series uses patented QD attaching and detaching technology and can be removed or installed in 3-5 minutes per header after initial installation
- Sold individually

Technical data
- Fits the Triple S HighLift crop lifter 70406 — the eye strap arm assembly, complete with tail and set screws
- Triple S lifters fit all systems that have a guard finger in front of the knife, via a universal-fit rail
- The HighLift lifts heads higher above the knife than the MidCut or European and helps stand the crop up in front of the auger for more efficient threshing, with an adjustable tail length to suit crop and field conditions, including Vario-style headers
Installation
- Adjust the lifter angle with the eye strap: using a 3/4 in. (19 mm) wrench, loosen the adjustment bolt, then lift or lower the eye strap to change the angle of the lifter — the ideal operating condition is achieved when the riser is angled at 25 degrees
- Set the lifters 1/4 in. (6 mm) to 3/4 in. (19 mm) from the ground, with the back half of the shoe — not the point — contacting the ground first; if the point contacts the ground first, the lifter is likely to break during use and may damage the harvesting equipment
- Set all the lifters to the same angle so they form a straight line when viewed down the row, so all lifters work in unison, then tighten the adjustment bolt on all lifters
- Adjust the tail length (HighLift only): loosen the set screws on the brim of the riser, pull out or push in the tail to the required length to accommodate the crop — the length of the tail should not exceed 5 in. (13 cm) past the brim of the riser — then tighten the set screws to keep the tail in place
- Combine 100 ft. (30 m), then readjust the angle of the lifters as required

Tips & tricks
- Tail length caution: a tail length exceeding 5 in. (13 cm) past the brim of the riser increases the likelihood of causing damage to the lifter and/or harvest equipment during use
- Set the reel so that the upward motion begins where the lifter tail ends; where possible, adjust the reel fingers so they are 20 degrees advanced at the tip of the finger as compared to the bar of the reel, so the reel and the lifters work in unison
- Triple S HighLift lifters are made of steel and will not bend — use extreme caution when travelling over irrigation ruts, sprayer and tractor ruts, large cracks in the ground and other uneven ground conditions
- Replacement wear parts on the same lifter: the spring steel tail is part 32321 and the set screws are part 32296
