Installation

• Assemble the receptor with the included 10 mm carriage bolt and 10 mm lock nut, then install the nylon finger into the receptor: rest the back of the receptor on vise jaws, match the flat section of the receptor with the flat section on the finger body, like a key into a lock, and tap the finger in with a rubber mallet until it has bottomed completely into the receptor
• The fit is very snug — spraying the finger with multipurpose lubricant helps if it is difficult to push in; check that the flat sections are not misaligned before forcing it

Tips & tricks

• Do not confuse the receptor kits: Pulse kits (40116.1) are 0.635 in. with 8 mm hardware; Heavy Duty kits (40118.1) are 1.01 in. with 10 mm hardware — the fingers are not interchangeable between the two
