Technical data

  • Diameter x length: 1.01 in. (26 mm) x 7.75 in. (197 mm)
  • Material: nylon
  • Touchdown pad: yes, on the underside
  • Tail: 7 in. (178 mm)
  • Fits the 1.01 in. (26 mm) receptor on Heavy Duty crop lifters 70050, 70052 and 70050-MD-2
  • The FlexxiFloat 100 crop lifter uses the 33060P nylon finger

Installation

  • Seat the finger fully into the lifter receptor, matching the flat section on the finger body to the flat section on the receptor, like a key into a lock; tap with a rubber mallet or hammer until it has bottomed completely into the receptor
  • Once fully seated, rotate the finger 90 degrees with pliers or a wrench to lock it into place; if it is hard to turn, it may not be fully seated
  • Loosen the receptor lock nut from the carriage bolt to adjust the finger angle; the adjustable receptor lets the operator fine-tune the forward lifting point for specific conditions
  • Set the finger angle to a maximum of 25 degrees from the ground, with the finger tip about 1/2 in. (13 mm) to 3/4 in. (19 mm) above the ground, and set all lifters to the same angle so they work in unison
  • The tail guides the plant material over the knife
