Description
The Redekop KAS-451 is a complete pre-cleaner kit for Claas 7000 and 8000 series (Lexion 7000/8000).. The kit pairs the machine-specific intake adapter with a Redekop KAS pre-cleaner unit — everything needed to mount centrifugal pre-cleaning on the factory intake, so dust and chaff never reach the air filter.
Kit Contents
- KAS-401 adapter + KAS-008 unit
Fitment
Claas 7000 and 8000 series (Lexion 7000/8000).
Why a pre-cleaner?
- Centrifugal separation ejects dust, dirt and chaff before the air filter
- Longer filter service intervals — fewer cleanouts during harvest
- Helps maintain peak engine performance and protects the turbocharger
- No wiring, no power source, no routine maintenance
