Description
- Replacement cast rail for Flexxifinger FlexxiFloat HP (high-pivot) crop lifters
- Cast metal rail — the FlexxiFloat system uses a spring pivot so the lifter follows ground fluctuations
- This is the no-spring rail variant: the manufacturer's parts listings show 20043 as "FlexxiFloat rail HP, cast NO SPRING" and 20043.1 as the same HP rail with spring
- High-pivot rail is used with flex headers, with the exception of a few specific header and feeder house combinations (per Flexxifinger)
- Sold individually
- Installation and Adjustment Instructions for the FlexxiFloat 200/250 lifters: FlexxiFloat 200/250 Crop Lifters — Installation and Adjustment Instructions (Flexxifinger, 2024)
Technical data
- Fits FlexxiFloat HP lifters 74100 (FlexxiFloat 100 high-pivot), 74200 (FlexxiFloat 200 high-pivot) and 74250 (FlexxiFloat 250 high-pivot), per the Flexxifinger dealer binder parts listings for those models
- Cast HP rail without spring — if your lifter needs the rail with the spring fitted, that variant is part 20043.1
- The standard (non-HP) FlexxiFloat rail is a different part (20047.1 with spring, 20047 without) and is generally used with a rigid header
Tips & tricks
- Match the rail to the header: the high-pivot rail is for flex headers, while the standard rail is generally used with a rigid header
- The FlexxiFloat spring pivot lets the lifter follow ground fluctuations, making it ideal for uneven ground conditions
- FlexxiFloat lifters are all steel and will not bend — use extreme caution when travelling over irrigation ruts, sprayer and tractor ruts, large cracks in the ground and other uneven ground conditions
