Accu-Volume System (AVS) — Electronic Sprayer Tank Monitor
Simon Innovations backed
From Saskatoon, SK
Fits ALL sprayers
Cab + load station
How It Works
Three simple steps from guesswork to gallon-perfect.
1Sense every gallon
A single monitoring sensor mounts near the bottom of the sump where liquid reaches it. On John Deere machines it T's into the fitting between the tank and the sight tube — many tanks need no modification at all. Accurate to ±1 gallon even on uneven ground, unaffected by foam.
2See it live, everywhere
Two digital displays — one in the cab, one at the load station readable from 30 ft away — show live, real-time gallons. Fill faster and safer, add chemical, rinse jugs better, watching the exact number climb.
3Spray exactly what you planned
Spray out precisely the amount you intended — down to the last gallon. Plan pump shutoff so you never suck air into the plumbing, pull exact rinse volumes, and never run short mid-field again.
