- After curing, it can be drilled, tapped, filed, sanded and painted
- Set time 25 minutes; sets hard in 1 hour
- Cures to an off-white colour; 4370 PSI tensile strength; withstands water pressure up to 500 PSI and temperatures up to 250°F
